Buyer beware of Premium Golf Cart of St Augustine which comes with 2 years warranty! Evidently Mike or Michael Palumbo of Rivertown is a liar, incompetent, and a bully post closing. Even threatened to file lien on customer property for posting a bad review, by sending in fraudulent invoice. Clearly a step up from insurance industry tactics of DENY and DELAY on his 2 year warranty on his golf cart.
On 10/29/2024, he dropped off his supposedly repaired Golf Cart under warranty on my driveway with 2 keys and ran away. No door knock, no text or email. The video below clearly show his incompetency in Not Fixing the Brake Light issue.
He lied about front 2 tires wears down too fast in 2 months -- first it must be driven 1000 miles, then Under Inflate, Over Inflate, big mis-alignment, etc. All BS accusations. Then put blame on tire manufacturer and tell customer go fight it. Hello, I bought the cart brand new whole from you, no receipt of Tires!! Cowardly refuse to answer what's supposedly appropriate tire pressure. Worse still, said the right pressure should be marked on Tires -- WRONG and Incompetent again!
Mike consistently claim cart driven off road to DENY his warranty. There is no off-road path in Rivertown, and the cart is still in immaculate condition without a scratch on body. Never washed, but cart looked clean except some dust.
Mike Palumbo is happy to take your money, make all promises including stating ICON cart is CHEAP China fake that would be obsolete soon. But hey, now he is selling new ICON cart This man is worse than used car salesman, and you can read all the text exchanges below in its entirety.
